Besides RoadShow Hollywood scheduled events, this year we are including many more opportunities for you to mix and mingle with other entertainment marketers. All the events listed below are free and open exclusively to attendees of RoadShow Hollywood.  Make sure to RSVP above individually for each of the following events that you wish to attend:

Monday, September 13th

RoadShow Meet Market and Music Showcase

Venue:
The Iconic Capitol Records Building
1750 Vine Street, Hollywood, CA 90028

4:00pm - 8:00pm

Taking place in the courtyard of the iconic Capitol Records Building in the heart of Hollywood, the RoadShow Meet Market is a major networking event and the first chance that all of the attendees and presenters will have to meet. With each presenter having a table set-up throughout the venue, attendees will be able to meet the RoadShow Webinar and RoadShow Live presenters. Tours of the legendary recording studio will be going on throughout the afternoon. 

RoadShow Music Showcase 6:00pm - 8:00pm:

As part of the Meet Market, all of the record labels will be introducing emerging artists that will perform live in the courtyard!

NEW- RoadShow Workshops and Reception

RoadShow Workshops and Entertainment Insights will offer strategies, updates and trends from some of the most well-informed insiders in the entertainment marketing community today.

In addition to sessions led by three successful CMO's, three sessions have been designed to provide attendees with insights from each of the RoadShow Webinar Presenters. Each presenter will share insights on successful promotional programs their past as well as a quick overview of the opportunities available from each of their companies. These sessions are designed to show you how these Gaming, Music and TV companies work with you and your brand to deliver successful partnerships! An Industry Update will kick off each session!

Three key note sessions will anchor the day and you will gain insights from the following CMO's!

• Chris DiCesare, CMO of YouTube
  Chris (YouTube) will discuss how content has many lives and many creators as video has evolved from TV and on-demand to online and mobile. Where and how content can be created, seen and monetized? And, most important, how this translates into marketing and promotional opportunities for brand marketers.
• Ted Hong, CMO of Fandango
• Rita Bargerhuff, CMO of 7-Eleven
  Rita will wrap up the RoadShow Workshops by discussing how 7-Eleven has used multiple forms of entertainment to create in -store excitement and build relevance with their consumers. From Film and TV to Gaming and Music, 7-Eleven creates entertainment partnerships that continue to drive sales and connect with their consumers.

Discover Los Angeles

Buses will pick up attendees at the host hotels

Discover some of the most unique marketing opportunities that exist within the city limits! Through a special partnership with LA|INC., attendees will visit some of the biggest attractions and venues that can help add some of the city's excitement to your next promotional program. The trip will be loaded with many "Can't Buy" experiences:

• Universal Studios Hollywood back lot tour
• Dodger Stadium locker room and on field experience
• LA LIVE entertainment complex tour

LA|INC. will provide transportation for the all day tour. Public transportation is available if participants can only spend part of the day on this fam/networking tour of LA!
